The Challenge

Well, a renowned law firm in Singapore had an in-house talent team that was experiencing trouble attracting Business Development professionals; after some discussion, it emerged the main reason was a deficiency of visible candidates in the market.

The Solution

We decided to commence a 3-week mapping exercise aimed at 12 specific competitor organizations.

Outcome

Our completed report had over 150 new names, together with job titles, Email, contact numbers, and a short bio; we shared this with the Sourcing team who successively approached and hired over seven new team members; with this our client not only save a lot of money but they also got the ownership of entire data for future hiring.
